Is BRXS Properties accredited by the AFM?

BRXS Properties has an approval to offer multiple series of notes through a prospectus that consists of three parts. The first part is called a registration document In this section we give more information business, process, financial position and risk factors amongst others. For each new offering of a series of notes we supplement this registration document with two other sections: a securities note and a summary. The securities note provides more information on the specific notes we are offering, the property for which the notes are being raised, the terms and conditions applicable to the notes and the risks involved. The summary summarizes the key information contained in the registration document and the securities note. Together, the registration document, a securities note and a summary each constitute an EU Growth Prospectus within the meaning of Article 15(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
