Amrita en Filip zijn BRXS gestart in 2021 en hebben sindsdien een sterk team rond zich opgebouwd met diverse achtergronden en ervaringen, afkomstig van bedrijven zoals Square, Klarna, Bunq, Peaks, Ikea en Revolut. Een team dat samen de toekomst van vastgoed wil transformeren en sterk gelooft in het bouwen van een platform waar iedereen zich vertegenwoordigd en welkom voelt.
Amrita has turned many complex regulatory hurdles into practical solutions to help companies thrive and grow to the next level. In the last few years she created compliant models, with the business growth needs in mind, in highly regulated sectors: ridesharing, micro mobility and autonomous driving space. At Brxs she applies her skills and experience and she works on bringing the company's strategy, long term vision and growth needs to life while still finding the right solutions to meet external requirements. What she loves most about building BRXS, housing should be for everyone from investment opportunities to having a safe place to live and with each step we grow we can not only make it accessible but we can also actively help shape cities to meet the needs of the world around us.

Filip has been building businesses and teams from the ground up and scaling them fast across Europe for the last 10+ years. After starting his career in management consulting, he joined a small start-up “at-the-time” Uber to lead their business in Belgium. In 2016, he became part of the founding team of UberEATS, leading and growing the Western Europe region with over 200 people across 7 markets. In 2019, he joined Vay, an autonomous driving start-up in Berlin, to build their operations and go-to-market strategy. Today, Filip is excited about opening up real estate investing to everyone because he is convinced it is both a great way to build wealth and it determines how we will live in the future.
