You will not directly own or be liable for the property in relation to your investment in that property.
Legally, BRXS Properties B.V. has ownership of all properties that have been acquired after May 2023. Each property under BRXS Properties B.V. is separately protected from the other and each property is individually managed and rented out and any potential mortgage and/or security right is also closed on the property level. When a property is sold, all investors that invested in that property have the right to their share of the proceeds in the event there is a profit left.
For each property acquired before this time, they are each owned by their own legal entity. The entity that owns the properties also signs the rental agreement and any potential mortgage and/or security right is also closed on that entity.
All of these entities together are part of the BRXS Group. As we are growing, we have decided to make it even simpler and to purchase all properties on one entity, BRXS Properties B.V. instead of purchasing each property, on an individual entity. We have set up BRXS Properties in such a way that each property remains individually protected and you can continue to invest on a property-by-property basis.
